Grim Saints Customs exists because the motorcycle world lost its way. Somewhere between chrome and comfort, between touring and touring packages, the soul got lost. We're here to find it again.

Every piece we create is a rejection of mass production. Every handlebar is a middle finger to the bagger mentality. Every custom build is proof that real craftsmanship still exists in a world of plastic and compromise.

We don't build for weekend warriors or fair-weather riders. We build for the road warrior, the post-apocalyptic dreamer, the rider who knows the difference between a machine and transportation.

ANTI-BAGGER

We don't build touring bikes. We don't build comfort cruisers. We build machines for riders who understand that the journey is more important than the destination, and that style matters more than convenience.

Every piece starts as raw material and ends as art. No CNC shortcuts for the soul of the piece. The hammer marks aren't flaws - they're signatures.

We operate on cash and handshakes. No financing, no payment plans, no corporate overlords. You pay for what you get, when you get it. Period.

CONSULTATION

We talk. Really talk. About your vision, your bike, your riding style. No sales pitch, no upselling. Just understanding what you need.

DESIGN

Custom geometry based on your specifications. We consider everything: bike geometry, riding position, aesthetic goals, and pure functionality.

FABRICATION

Raw aluminum becomes art. 7075 risers for strength, 6061 bars for workability. Every bend, every angle, crafted by hand in our Vernon forge.

FINISHING

Surface preparation, anodizing options, final quality control. Nothing leaves the shop until it meets our standards - and our standards are brutal.

DELIVERY

FORGE CAPABILITIES

Machining

Precision CNC and manual machining capabilities for complex geometries and tight tolerances. When hand forging meets modern precision.

Welding & Fabrication

TIG welding, aluminum specialization, custom fixtures and jigs. Everything needed to turn concepts into reality.

Finishing

Sandblasting, anodizing prep, custom finishes. HVLP painting capabilities for specialized coatings and textures.

Traditional Forging

Hammer and anvil work for pieces that need the soul that only comes from traditional metalworking techniques.
